All financial and statistical information is summarized in one screen. Final pricing may be adjusted by a change in Price per Square Foot, Margin, or simply by entering negotiated amounts. If desired, Sales Tax and Installation amounts can be calculated automatically.
Other Charges (up-charges) are calculated automatically. If you charge more for stain, divider rails, special colored hinges etc., any item can be programmed to reflect the exact amount. Other charges are broken out separately and designate which opening(s) they belong to. These amounts appear clearly on Proposals, Contracts, and Invoices.
Proposals & Contracts may be generated from this screen. Both may contain actual drawings of the shutters, or simply print the information in a shorter non-pictorial format. All Proposal, Contractual, and Warranty wording is user-defined and modifiable. The contract may act as an order conformation for wholesale accounts.
